Expanding Our Consultancy Expertise Across the UK

MEASS Group strengthens its national capability with new appointments and regional growth.

As client demand for independent M&E consultancy continues to rise, MEASS Group is expanding its national footprint to better serve estates, investors, and facilities operators across the UK. This growth reflects the increasing need for compliance-led, strategic advice in an environment where building performance, safety, and sustainability are under greater scrutiny than ever.

The company’s expansion includes new regional consultants and auditors joining the team in the North West, Midlands, and South East — extending our reach while maintaining the same standards of precision and governance that define every MEASS project. Each appointment strengthens our ability to provide local expertise with national consistency.

According to the MEASS leadership team, this expansion represents more than just scale — it’s about capability. “Our clients value proximity, responsiveness, and consistency,” explains Group Director Nathan. “By growing strategically across key regions, we’re ensuring that every client benefits from the same depth of technical knowledge and independence, wherever their assets are located.”

The move comes as MEASS continues to support public and private sector clients through a combination of asset surveys, maintenance audits, and condition reporting. As estates become more complex and the need for accurate, standardised data increases, having a reliable partner capable of integrating fieldwork, analysis, and advisory insight is proving invaluable.

By establishing consultants in multiple regions, MEASS is also reinforcing its sustainability commitment — reducing travel requirements and enabling faster on-site response times. This supports both client efficiency and the organisation’s own environmental objectives.

The expansion marks another step in MEASS Group’s long-term vision to deliver truly end-to-end asset consultancy. With plans to further integrate digital reporting and data-led insight across all service divisions, the business remains focused on one clear goal: helping clients make confident, compliant, and commercially sound decisions about their mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
